A cottage bakery is a small, home-based bakery that produces approved foods under state cottage food laws.

Yes! I operate in compliance with my state and town's cottage food laws. I have passed inspection by my local board of health and have a business certificate.

I specialize in shelf-stable baked goods such as cookies, breads, muffins, brownies and other treats allowed under cottage food law. (No cream fillings or refrigerated items.)

I do my best to note ingredients and potential allergens clearly, but I cannot guarantee items are free from allergens. My kitchen may contain common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Yes, I do have two furry friends, Jasper and Daisy. However, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulation they will not be in the house during production OR will not be permitted in the kitchen or baking areas during business hours. All surfaces and equipment will be sanitized prior to use. Happy to share a copy of my Standard Operational Procedures for more details!

Because items are made to order, all sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out and I will try my best to accommodate you!

Not at this time, due to cottage food laws.
